Yes.  We support all of our readers!  The ILL Librarian has two good supply options:  we have a bestsellers service and collection (located on the 1st floor of the FLC); and, we have a partnership with our local public library consortium (Massanutten).  Between the two, we should be able to get what you need ... but, we may need to place a hold and wait our turn. Some new bestseller titles may have waiting lists.
