Library Services FAQ: Interlibrary Loan FAQs

All patrons are responsible for honoring the due date of each interlibrary loan item and returning it the same condition in which it was received. All patrons are responsible for paying any charges associated with lost or damaged items.  Normal wear and tear is expected.  Damages include highlighting or any writing within the text, dog-earring the corners, and liquid spills. 

All patrons have the responsibility to respond to email inquiries from the ILL librarian. The ILL librarian will email you when an ILL item needs attention (such as recall notices and overdue items).
