Q. How do I communicate about my order? Can I call? Text?

Answer

The interlibrary loan service communicates through your campus email account. 

The ILL librarian will send you an email confirmation when an order is placed; and, the ILL librarian will send an email when the item has arrived and is ready for pick up at the circ desk.  If the item is not available, the ILL librarian will help students find related materials.  You can reply to any of the ILL librarian's emails with questions or concerns.  We are here to work with you.

When you item is due, you will receive automated messages from the library circulation system. Please do not reply to these.  If you need a renewal, please email ILL@bridgewater.edu.
