A topical folder on regional ghost lore, especially Bridgewater College’s Cole Hall ghost is available in Special Collections by appointment.  Special Collections also has books on ghosts of Virginia, also available by appointment.

One version of the Cole Hall Ghost Story states that the ghost is hunting for the bust of Charles Knox Cole.  The bust is in the Reuel B. Pritchett Museum Collection and available to view by appointment:
